Returns Policy – Bad Cop Bad Cop Merch

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at badcopbadcopband@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

If a return is approved:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Change of mind

• Wear and tear from normal use

If a replacement is approved, we’ll send it out once the returned item is received and inspected.
